2.4. പണമടയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ്, കൂപ്പൺ വഴിയുള്ള കിഴിവ് (discount) ശരിയായി ബാധകമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കേണ്ടത് ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമാണ്.

3. കൂപ്പൺ കാലാവധി
3.1. ഓരോ കൂപ്പണിനും നിശ്ചിത ആരംഭ തീയതിയും കാലാവധി അവസാനിക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും (expiry date) ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കാം.
3.2. സാധാരണഗതിയിൽ, കാലാവധി അവസാനിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം ഒരു കൂപ്പൺ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല.
3.3. പ്രത്യേകമായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ, കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞ കൂപ്പണുകളുടെ കാലാവധി നീട്ടാനോ, അവ പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കാനോ, കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാനോ, പണമായോ മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളായോ മാറ്റാനോ സാധിക്കില്ല.
3.4. പ്രൊമോഷണൽ ഓഫറുകൾക്കായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള അളവോ വിഹിതമോ തീർന്നുപോവുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചതിലും നേരത്തെ ആ ഓഫറുകൾ അവസാനിച്ചേക്കാം.
3.5. ബാധകമായ നിയമങ്ങൾക്കും ഇതിനകം പൂർത്തിയായ ഓർഡറുകൾക്ക് ബാധകമായ നിബന്ധനകൾക്കും വിധേയമായി, ന്യായമായ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ Velynx Design-ന് പ്രൊമോഷണൽ ഓഫറുകളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താനോ, അവ താൽക്കാലികമായി നിർത്തിവെക്കാനോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പൂർണ്ണമായും അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാനോ അവകാശമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും.
4. കുറഞ്ഞ ഓർഡർ മൂല്യം
4.1. ചില കൂപ്പണുകൾക്ക് കുറഞ്ഞ വാങ്ങൽ മൂല്യം ആവശ്യമായി വന്നേക്കാം.
4.2. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ വാങ്ങൽ മൂല്യം പ്രസക്തമായ കൂപ്പൺ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രമോഷനോടൊപ്പം വ്യക്തമാക്കും.

4.4. ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ റദ്ദാക്കുകയോ തിരികെ നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനാൽ ഒരു ഓർഡർ ഇനി ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ വാങ്ങൽ ആവശ്യകത പാലിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ, ബാധകമായ പ്രമോഷണൽ ആനുകൂല്യം ഈ നയത്തിൽ വിവരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ വീണ്ടും കണക്കാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
5. ഉൽപ്പന്ന, വിഭാഗ നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങൾ

6.2. ഒന്നിലധികം കൂപ്പൺ കോഡുകൾ സാധാരണയായി ഒരേ ക്രമത്തിൽ സംയോജിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല.

8.4. വ്യക്തമായി പ്രസ്താവിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ, ഷിപ്പിംഗ് നിരക്കുകൾ, COD ചാർജുകൾ, നികുതികൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മറ്റ് അധിക ചാർജുകൾ എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് കിഴിവുകൾ ബാധകമല്ല.
9. ഉപഭോക്താവ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അക്കൗണ്ട് സംബന്ധിച്ച നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങൾ
9.1. ചില പ്രൊമോഷനുകൾ താഴെ പറയുന്നവയിൽ മാത്രം പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തിയേക്കാം:

10.2. പ്രൊമോഷണൽ വിലകൾ നിശ്ചിത പ്രൊമോഷൻ കാലയളവിൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്റ്റോക്ക് തീരുന്നത് വരെ മാത്രമേ ലഭ്യമാകൂ.
10.3. പ്രൊമോഷൻ അവസാനിച്ചതിന് ശേഷവും അതേ ഉൽപ്പന്നം അതേ വിലയിൽ തന്നെ ലഭ്യമാകുമെന്ന് പ്രൊമോഷണൽ വില ഉറപ്പുനൽകുന്നില്ല.
10.4. വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ മുമ്പ് പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന വിലകളിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രൊമോഷണൽ വിലകൾ വ്യത്യസ്തമായിരിക്കാം.

11.1. Velynx Design ഫ്ലാഷ് സെയിലുകൾ, സീസണൽ ഓഫറുകൾ, ഉത്സവകാല പ്രൊമോഷനുകൾ, പരിമിത കാലയളവിലുള്ള കിഴിവുകൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മറ്റ് ഹ്രസ്വകാല ക്യാമ്പെയ്‌നുകൾ എന്നിവ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചേക്കാം.
11.2. അത്തരം ഓഫറുകൾക്ക് ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതിനും അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള കൃത്യമായ സമയക്രമം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കാം.
11.3. പ്രൊമോഷൻ കാലയളവ് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് തന്നെ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ വിറ്റുതീർന്നേക്കാം.
11.4. പ്രൊമോഷൻ കാലയളവോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഓഫറിനായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണമോ (quantity) അവസാനിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ, ആ ഓഫർ പിന്നീട് ലഭ്യമായെന്നു വരില്ല.
12. ക്യാഷ് ഓൺ ഡെലിവറി (COD) ഓർഡറുകളിൽ കൂപ്പൺ ഉപയോഗം
12.1. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പ്രൊമോഷനും വെബ്‌സൈറ്റ് ചെക്ക്ഔട്ട് സംവിധാനവും അനുവദിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ, ക്യാഷ് ഓൺ ഡെലിവറി ഓർഡറുകൾക്കൊപ്പം കൂപ്പണുകൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
12.2. കൂപ്പൺ നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് അനുസൃതമായി, കൂപ്പൺ വഴിയുള്ള കിഴിവ് ഓർഡർ തുകയിൽ കുറവ് വരുത്തുന്നു. ഡെലിവറി സമയത്ത് നൽകേണ്ട ബാക്കി തുക, ബാധകമായേക്കാവുന്ന അധിക നിരക്കുകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി, അന്തിമ ഓർഡർ സ്ഥിരീകരണത്തിൽ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന തുകയായിരിക്കും.
12.3. COD ലഭ്യത എന്നത് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ‘ക്യാഷ് ഓൺ ഡെലിവറി പോളിസി’, ഡെലിവറി പങ്കാളിയുടെ നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങൾ, സേവനം ലഭ്യമായ പിൻ കോഡുകൾ (PIN codes), മറ്റ് ബാധകമായ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കും.
13. അയക്കുന്നതിന് (dispatch) മുമ്പ് റദ്ദാക്കിയ ഓർഡറുകൾ
13.1. കൂപ്പൺ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു ഓർഡർ ഷിപ്പിംഗിന് (അയക്കുന്നതിന്) മുൻപായി റദ്ദാക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, ആ ഓർഡറിനായി കൂപ്പൺ ഉപയോഗിച്ചതായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടും.
13.2. പ്രത്യേകമായി മറിച്ചൊന്നും വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ, റദ്ദാക്കലിന് ശേഷം ഉപയോഗിച്ച കൂപ്പൺ സ്വയമേവ പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കുകയോ വീണ്ടും നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.

15.3. കൂപ്പൺ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വാങ്ങിയതും മടക്കിനൽകാൻ അർഹതയുള്ളതുമായ ഒരു ഉൽപ്പന്നം തിരികെ നൽകുകയും പണം തിരികെ ലഭിക്കാൻ (റീഫണ്ട്) അംഗീകാരം ലഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്താൽ, ബാധകമായ റീഫണ്ട് നയം അനുസരിച്ച്, ആ ഉൽപ്പന്നത്തിന് കിഴിവ് കഴിച്ച് യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ നൽകിയ തുകയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലായിരിക്കും റീഫണ്ട് കണക്കാക്കുക.

16.5. സൗജന്യ സമ്മാനം ലഭ്യമല്ലെങ്കിൽ, ന്യായമായ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ Velynx Design-ന് സമാനമായ മൂല്യമുള്ള മറ്റൊരു ഉൽപ്പന്നം നൽകാനോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രൊമോഷനിലെ സമ്മാനം നൽകുന്ന രീതി അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാനോ സാധിക്കും.
17. റഫറൽ, ലോയൽറ്റി, പ്രത്യേക ഉപഭോക്തൃ ഓഫറുകൾ
